Schooling the Alien by Ava Ross

“I want you. This moment. Tomorrow. And for as long as you want to give yourself to me. Be my forever mate. My linked mate. My always.”

Schooling the Alien is the eighth and final book of the Beastly Alien Boss series by Ava Ross.

I loved Molly so much! Her loss was so heartbreaking and with her marriage falling apart afterwards, I couldn’t help but admire how strong and resilient she is. Even more, she’s so kind, caring and compassionate. Now, all she wants is a fresh start and maybe time to heal her broken heart.

And then we have Firoh! The ex-spy / interstellar interpol agent is strong, fiercely protective, loyal, honorable and reliable. Even more, he’s so thoughtful, patient and caring. I loved that he didn’t hesitate to drop everything to take care of his twin sons. And I loved his determination to give them a proper home and love. Firoh is one absolutely magnificent male and I adored every single thing about him.

I absolutely loved everything that happened between Molly and Firoh! From the moment they met, their attraction was strong and their chemistry was fantastic. Although neither of them was willing to act upon their feelings at first, both soon realized that their relationship goes deeper than one between a boss and a nanny. And I loved how well they fit together. I also loved the time Molly spent getting to know Firoh and his boys and bringing back love and happiness in their lives. Firoh and Molly were so perfect for each other and the passionate moments they shared were so hot and I couldn’t get enough of either of them!

In addition, I loved the two twin boys so much! Curron and Telsar were so wonderful and mischievous. After losing their mother and moving in with a father they didn’t know, they needed all the patience, time and love in the world. And Molly and Firoh were more than ready to give them everything that’s best for them!

Overall, Schooling the Alien is a sweet, fun, heartwarming and emotional story and a perfect series finale! It’s a story about four beings brought together by tragedy, loneliness and destiny. Four beings who more than deserve to find healing, love, happiness and a family together.

I couldn’t put it down and absolutely loved every page of it!

Do I dare give my broken heart to an alien as wounded as me?

When I took a nanny job in a distant colony caring for two young boys who recently lost their mother, I expected I’d grow to love them. Having experienced loss myself, I knew how hard it was to heal. What I didn’t expect was to fall for their father, a big, burly alien with scars on his body that mirrors those in my soul.

Between teaching the boys and bringing fun back into their lives, I get to know Firoh, a guy I sense needs love as much as me. It isn’t long before I can see myself living in this alien colony forever as long as I can be with Firoh and his sons.

But when the boys’ past threatens everything Firoh and I are building together, we’ll have to expose our hearts to each other to fight off the threat.

About the author

Ava Ross fell for men with unusual features when she first watched Star Wars, where alien creatures have gone mainstream. She lives in New England with her husband (who is sadly not an alien, though he is still cute in his own way), her kids, and assorted pets, including a yorkie pup and three cats.
